Обязанности
- Provide full-cycle recruitment process from application to job offer
- Active search of candidates, engaging passive candidates through sourcing
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and experience
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, give feedback after interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Promote company as an employer highlighting benefits individually to each candidate during negotiations
- Maintain ATS to ensure high standards of efficiency
- Keep job postings up-to-date
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Solid experience in active search of IT specialists
- Successful track record in closing vacancies
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Pro-active, responsible, self-organized and result-oriented person.
