Junior IT Sales Manager



  • Evaluate, filter and target new prospects/leads on LinkedIn, e-mail, Upwork, Dribble 
  • Conduct market/prospects research 
  • Analyze lead gen data 
  • Meet personal monthly KPIs 
  • Learn and develop yourself in sales continuously 


  • Advanced level of English: written and oral 
  • Proficient user of PowerPoint (presentation design, templates, animation, graphs) 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills 
  • Creative and innovative way of thinking 
  • Goal-oriented person with pro-active approach 
  • Research skills 
  • Familiarity with the Upwork sales process will be a plus
